Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides.

For piercing items - remember that everyone's anatomy is different, and if you are unsure of your size, visit your local piercing shop to inquire about what size will work best for you 🤍

Can I cancel my order?

While we wish could, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation or alterations to the order will be available. Reach out to us through our contact form or at info@elarabodyjewelry.com and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What are your shipping policies?
When will my items arrive?

Order processing is typically 2-5 days, and shipping speed depends on the method chosen at checkout, although our most common, USPS Ground shipping has a typical delivery time of 3-5 days in the United States, and USPS International shipping has a typical delivery time of 2-4 weeks to other countries.

Our shipping partners are a third party, and once we hand your package off to them, we are unable to control their delivery time. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Claims may be made by the customer to the shipping partner directly.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes! But please understand if you are in a country other than the US that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your customs office/or postal service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. Elara is not responsible for these fees or if your package gets held in customs because you haven't paid your fees.

Packages typically take much longer for international orders, so please plan accordingly.

*Unfortunately due to new regulations, we are not currently shipping to EU countries.

What are your return policies?
What if my item is damaged?

Please inspect all items upon arrival.

Due to hygiene regulations, returns and exchanges are not accepted for piercing items.

However, if you receive items that are damaged please message, or email us, within 48 hours of receiving your items so we can make it right for you.
