Welcome to Elara Body Jewelry’s FAQ page! We’re covering our most asked questions. We’ll answer all your top questions in the list below.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! But please understand if you are in a country other than the US that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your customs office/or postal service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. Elara is not responsible for these fees or if your package gets held in customs because you haven't paid your fees.

Packages typically take much longer for international orders, so please plan accordingly.

I placed my order but the shipping address is incorrect, is there a way to fix it?

If you need your package shipped somewhere else please let me know immediately. If your shipping address is not up to date and you change it after you order please tell me because it will not update on my end automatically.

I am not responsible if your package goes to the wrong address because it was entered incorrectly. I will ship it to whatever address is on your invoice or if you update your address with me. If you want to double check, just ask me or check your invoice in your account info.

If your package is returned to me because of an error in the address you provided, you will be charged for shipping again to send it back to you.

What materials are you currently offering?

I have options for belly button jewelry, septum rings, earrings, daith clickers, cartilage studs, nipple rings and more in 316L grade surgical steel, implant-grade titanium,14k gold plated and 14k solid gold. For questions regarding a specific product, please message me!

Elara is not responsible for any adverse reactions or issues caused by its jewelry, this is solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding the metal, and if your skin is sensitive, please keep in mind the metal you are purchasing, as we are not able to predict the reaction your skin may have.

Speak with your piercer before using a new product for more information on how it could affect you.

Do you accept cancellations?

I accept cancellation as long as you submit a request within 4 hours of placing your order, and a full refund will be issued.

Once that 4 hour mark has passed, I may or may not be able to cancel your order, so please try to let me know ASAP if you need to cancel.

Lost/Damaged/Stolen items

Elara is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. You may contact your local post office regarding the matter, but unfortunately once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we have no control over it.

Damaged or broken items

I carefully inspect all of the items before they are shipped out.

However, if you should receive item or package that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

Our warranty is 7 days.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind, unless the product is defective. Please check measurements and materials before purchasing and contact us with any questions.
