Exactly as pictured... Love it!!!

Love this earring, have been wearing it since I bought it and ear has absolutely no issues with the metal. Earring is high quality and has had no issues with wear or tear. Do note this is an earring made for the right ear. When placing it in the left ear, you have to push it through the bottom of the daith (rather than the top) in order for the gems to be outward appearing.
